Where to Find Sweet Pumpkin Spice Treats in NoVA

The iconic pumpkin spice latte might have some competition thanks to these creations.

We may be nearing the end of pumpkin season, but for some people you can never have too much pumpkin spice. Across the region, you’ll find so many options to enjoy this festive fall flavor. Whether it’s doughnuts and crepes or churros and slushies, you can find delicious pumpkin spice desserts at these NoVA establishments.

Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken

You can now enjoy a sweet pie for breakfast, minus the judgment, thanks to the pumpkin pie doughnut. One of the October Flavors of the Month, this sweet delicacy features warm pumpkin pie pastry cream filling, pumpkin spice glaze, and is topped with crumbled pie crust. 4001 Campbell Ave., Arlington; 7511 Leesburg Pk., Falls Church

Bakeshop

Whatever your favorite dessert may be, this Arlington- and Falls Church–based bakery probably makes a pumpkin flavor. We’re not kidding. The menu is full of pumpkin treats. Seasonal favorites include the pumpkin spice latte pie, gingersnap pumpkin cookiewich, pumpkin scones, pumpkin cake, and pumpkin bread. 1025 N. Fillmore St., Arlington; 100 E. Fairfax St., Falls Church

Bilstad’s Beignets

While we are sad to say goodbye to the apple cider beignet, we know the pumpkin beignet will be just as declicious. Topped with powdered sugar, make sure to grab the pumpkin variation while it’s hot. These will only be available until Thanksgiving. 20937 Ashburn Rd., Ste. 150, Ashburn

Crepe Amour

It may look like a piece of pie, but Crepe Amour’s pumpkin crepe might taste even better. The fall special is filled with a housemade pumpkin filling, cinnamon nutmeg, natural cane sugar, and crumbled graham crackers. The orange crepe is then topped with whipped cream. If that isn’t enough pumpkin spice, order the pumpkin macarons or enjoy a hot pumpkin spice latte. 407 Maple Ave. E., Vienna

Great Country Farms

Stop by Knead Bakery at Great Country Farms for a smorgasbord of pumpkin treats. Find fresh pumpkin and pumpkin cheesecake muffins on a daily basis. Need a refreshing drink after a day in the patch? Try the pumpkin slushie topped with a tasty apple cider doughnut. 34355 Snickersville Tpk., Bluemont

Urbano

Churros are great, but the pumpkin version might be even better. For a limited time, both Urbano locations are serving pumpkin churros with cream cheese sauce. Make sure to pair it with the pumpkin spice margarita (the adult version of the pumpkin spice latte), for a true fall treat. 116 King St., Alexandria; 2985 District Ave., Fairfax
