The nationwide percentage of no-shows at restaurants who reserve a table by calling. The percentage drops to 4.6 percent when diners use OpenTable, according to the company’s data. The reservation service recently launched a campaign to encourage customers to #bookresponsibly and added new texting features like reservation reminders.
