National Portrait Gallery’s Presidential Family Fun Day

The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery is hosting a Presidents Day event with programming for all ages. There will be a stovepipe hat making workshop, story time, writing activities, and more. 2025 George Washington Birthday Parade

Free Admission at Mount Vernon

Presidents Day weekend wouldn’t be complete without taking the family to Mount Vernon. The site is celebrating with free admission on February 17 in honor of George Washington’s 293rd birthday. School Holidays with Rocknoceros: Presidents Day Concert
