Just 54 percent of young men brush their teeth every day, and only 30 percent floss. Those findings come from a survey done on behalf of CeraVe about the self-care habits of Generation Z and millennial men.
The random double-opt-in survey of 2,000 men was done by market research company OnePoll on March 8-9.
The survey found seven in 10 men admitted they needed intervention in their self-care habits.
Just 35 percent say their wash their faces, and 19 percent use moisturizer.
What are they doing in the bathroom? The survey found they are on their cell phones for more than 19 minutes.
