From finding time to squeeze yoga into your schedule, to cycling your way to a healthier lifestyle, it can be hard enough to track who’s doing what in the family, and if everyone is getting their recommended 30 minutes of physical activity each day.
In lieu of busy schedules and family fun, Life Time Athletic has announced a junior membership for those 12 years old and younger, which features free admission to up to 12 signature kid-focused events throughout the year, and three hours of daily drop-off care at Life Time locations’ child care centers, for no additional cost.
The signature kid events include Tween Takeovers, Parents Night Out and Kid Drop-Off events, which include anything from video games and pizza, to movie nights and pajama parties. An estimated 36 kid-themed events are held at every location each year, with an average of three per month.
As a part of the junior membership and youth outreach, locations with child centers will also offer Life Time Kids Academy classes, designed as 30- to 45-minute classes where students can explore mind and body, fitness and agility, arts and crafts and more.
