For 66 years, Camp Rim Rock in Yellow Spring, West Virginia, has provided a place where girls from around the world spend a summer filled with fun, friendship and new opportunities. Campers have the option of choosing a two- or four-week session where activities include horseback riding (English lessons, trail and river rides, stable management), performing arts (dance, drama, chorus, stagecraft), arts and crafts (projects using various media including pottery), sports (golf, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, softball archery, volleyball) and aquatics (swimming, tubing and kayaking in a private 2-acre lake and in two heated pools). Campers hold hikes, cookouts, campfires and evening events. And for those girls who are on the younger side, Camp Rim Rock offers a one week mini-camp for rising second, third and fourth graders.

Age Range: 6-15 years old
Camp Dates: June 18-Aug. 11
Sessions: Full day, weekly, overnight camp
Registration: $2,850 per two-week stay; camprimrock.com
