What: extending the 395 Express Lanes for eight miles north from Turkeycock Run near Edsall Road to Eads Street in Arlington; two existing HOV lanes are being converted to express lanes and a third lane is being added, providing three reversible express lanes

What: expanding from four to six lanes between Marys Way and Annapolis Way; enhancing access to the Woodbridge VRE kiss-and-ride facility; new Route 1 bridge at Marumsco Creek; adding a median and turn lanes from U.S. 1 to south of Horner Road on Occoquan Road; additional through and turn lanes on Route 1 and Occoquan Road; 10-foot shared-use path and six-foot sidewalk
