Kirk Cousins

When Cousins first joined the Redskins, it seemed unlikely he’d ever start a game for them, much less become their star quarterback. Three years and several devastating injuries to Robert Griffin III later, Cousins was finally placed at the helm of the Redskins’ offense last season. The team more than doubled its 2014 win total and made the playoffs as a result. –JW
