Santini’s Deli in Chantilly won’t become the location of standalone emergency room after all, Washington Business Journal reports.
In February, it was reported that HCA Healthcare’s StoneSprings Hospital Center was under contract to purchase the 1.6-acre site at 3980 Corsair Ct. off Route 50. The space is currently the home of Santini’s New York Style Deli.
The 11,000-square-foot facility was planned to be open 24 hours per day and house 11 exam rooms along with radiology and CT scan services.
But WBJ reports that the property is back on the market for $7 million. Legat Commercial Real Estate is marketing it as a standalone restaurant building or a redevelopment opportunity.
StoneSprings confirmed to WBJ that it was no longer planning to open a freestanding ER in the space.
