Dave’s Dogs
Named one of the Top 100 Food Trucks in the U.S. by Yelp, it’s clear that Dave’s Dog is not just a favorite of Prince William County foodies. Hot dogs, sandwiches, sausages, classic sides, and sweet desserts are all on the menu. Don Churro
Churros don’t have to be limited to summer fairs and festivals anymore, thanks to Don Churro. The trailer serves the traditional Mexican treat with chocolate, dulce de leche, sweetened condensed milk, and other filling flavors. Flavor Hive
What used to be just one food truck has since expanded into brick-and-mortar stores and trucks across the DMV. The original food truck became a viral sensation with its bring-your-own-container menu option, where you can bring a bag of chips and have it filled with Flavor Hive’s halal meat, cheese, veggies, and sauce. The fast-casual restaurant also serves rice and salad bowls, loaded fries, and quesadillas. Multiple area locations
French Toast
You’ll want to eat breakfast at all hours of the day when you see what’s cooking in this food truck. Choose from seven different over-the-top french toast creations, including strawberry cheesecake stuffed french toast, Fruity Pebbles french toast, cinnamon roll french toast, and seasonal items. La Selva Crepes & Coffee
Find sweet and savory options at this mobile café. La Selva, which means “the jungle” in Spanish, has been serving the Aldie community and passersby since June 2025. The Roaming Coyote
This taco truck has been serving foodies around Fairfax County and Northern Virginia since 2018. Get your fix of Mexican food with the truck’s extensive list of tacos, burritos, nachos, and more. S&P Burger
Before opening its food truck in November 2025, S&P Burger grew a loyal following by serving its pressed patties at local festivals. The truck is known for its UFO-shaped halal burger with a variety of toppings. It also serves up a sweet brioche bun filled with Nutella, Biscoff, or cookies and cream, plus ice cream. Tacos El Chilango

Turkish Couple
