Bar Chinois, a popular DC Chinese restaurant, will open its second location in National Landing on May 15. The restaurant will host a grand opening from 4 to 11 p.m. to welcome diners into its new space.
The new location is at 244 19th Court S., Arlington, on the ground floor of the Grace and Reva apartments.

“We are excited to bring Bar Chinois to National Landing,” said Dean Mosones, co-owner of Bar Chinois. “Our goal is to create the same energetic experience that brings people together — offering bold flavors, creative cocktails, and warm hospitality that keep guests coming back.”
Bar Chinois has earned a reputation for its bold menu of Chinese dishes and its French-inspired wine and cocktail program. Its original location in DC’s Mount Vernon Triangle has been named to the Michelin Guide and won the 2024 RAMMY Award for Best Bar.
At the grand opening, diners will get a “sneak peek” at the happy hour deals to come, with $1 dumplings and half-priced drinks. Those deals will be available daily from 4 to 6 p.m. starting next month, according to an Instagram post.
