As the number of home listings continue to increase across the region, so do the prices. It’s easy to see why these NoVA homes are fetching top-dollar sales — with resort-style pools, in-home saunas, and private wine cellars right at your fingertips. According to Homes.com, these are the most expensive homes sold during April.

$14.05 million: 1260 Crest Ln., McLean

This sale has already made a splash as the one of the most expensive home sales of the year. Situated on McLean’s “Gold Coast,” this estate comes with picturesque views of the Potomac River. This is the first time the house has hit the market since its construction in 1973. The 9,143-square-foot home is situated on over 4 acres and features eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a terraced garden, and a pool.

$8.25 million: 6470 Kedleston Ct., McLean

No detail has been overlooked when it comes to this Georgian estate. Throughout this 10,118-square-foot home, you’ll find timeless elegance and luxury amenities that’ll make you feel like you live in a resort. The expansive chef’s kitchen comes with two islands and a fireplace to help set the mood for dinner. Other amenities in the seven-bedroom home include a bathroom with a sauna and steam room, black-bottom pool, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

$5.4 million: 900 Whann Ave., McLean

Enjoy all of the design features that come with a New England-style colonial without leaving Northern Virginia. Located in Langley Forest, this McLean home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a three-car garage. Over the last 20-plus years, the home has undergone plenty of improvements to the kitchen, bathrooms, and library. This property also comes with a private au pair or in-law suite, outdoor kitchen, and a 1,500-bottle wine cellar.

$4.495 million: 4612 37th St. N., Arlington

Find a new construction build in North Arlington’s Country Club Hills neighborhood. Finished this spring, the brand-new house has seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and sits on 0.37 acres. As you walk through the four-level home, you’ll be wowed by the formal dining room, library with built-in shelves, gourmet kitchen, recreation room, golf simulator room, and space for a possible wine storage area.

$4.4 million: 1001 Savile Ln., McLean

This McLean estate lets you enjoy the best of both worlds — it has convenient access to the George Washington Parkway and surrounding Tysons area but sits on a secluded 2.69-acre lot. Built in 2012, this colonial home spans nearly 8,900 square feet, with eight bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. You’ll also find a recreation and gaming area, detached studio apartment, four-car garage, and an infinity pool.
