The sale offers a chance to shop local, women-owned brands and vendors at a discount.

Shopping alert: Chick’s Picks, a local boutique pop-up that features 20 different brands, is holding a seasonal clearance sale. In 21 years of business, Chick’s Picks has only offered clearance sales a few times.

The sale offers a chance to shop local, women-owned brands and vendors at a discount. More than 90 percent of items will be marked down.

Chick’s Picks sale will feature new home and fashion accessories at heavily discounted prices. A few new vendors will be showcasing vintage treasures like home décor, pottery, and art, and there will be closet edits by five different fashion vendors, including purses, coats, and jewelry.

The sale is Friday, March 14, and Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Sterling.

“Chick’s Picks is known for offering Northern Virginia boutique shoppers a unique shopping experience and we love when our loyal customers come out and are wowed every time! The clearance sale will be packed and fun,” says owner and founder Hillary Tattersall.
