A new pop-up event running through December in Vienna shows off all you can do with vintage items in home décor, and it gets new items daily. It’s at Jennie Latham’s shop, Pear Tree Cottage, which offers vintage finds that can be incorporated into either modern or traditional homes.
Latham has partnered with Annie Bluhm of The Brass Cricket, an online business, for the curated home décor offerings of furniture, lighting fixtures, artwork, and more.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Brass Cricket and another talented local businesswoman,” said Latham, in a news release. “Annie not only has impeccable taste, but she is smart, kind, and a joy to be around. We are excited to see how her creativity and skillset shape our next chapter.”
Treasure-hunter Bluhm loves mixing patterns and colors in her designs. The native New Englander said she picked up her passion for antiques from her grandmothers, one who liked chinoiserie and the other who enjoyed thrifting.
“It has long been a dream of mine to bring my online business to a storefront,” said Bluhm.
