It’s easy to get stuck in a rut when it comes to your workout routine, and specialized fitness classes like Zumba, Pilates, and yoga can get pretty pricey, making it difficult to try out new things. Luckily, there are plenty of pop-up fitness events happening around NoVA — many of which are free or less expensive than a class at a studio — that let you get your heart pumping without too much commitment. Check out these fitness events happening this month.
