Lucketts Holiday House Returns with Overload of Festive Finds

This refurbished general store puts a vintage and elaborate spin on holiday shopping.

By Rachel Schlueter September 8, 2023 at 10:38 am

Kick off the holiday season with extravagant retail therapy at The Old Lucketts Store in Leesburg.

This retro home shop will host its annual Lucketts Holiday House from November 9 to December 10, seven days a week.

Located at 42350 Lucketts Rd., this winter wonderland has 11 rooms and covers 3,000 square feet. Festive murals lead up to the 100-year-old design house, so make sure to stop for Instagram-worthy photos. Inside, each room will be decked out with fresh poinsettias, Christmas trees, garland, and lights.

Every item in the house is for sale, from nutcrackers to stockings. With restocks every day, there will be plenty of merchandise for your trip (or two, or three) to the house.

Tickets are $25 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 15. Tickets must be bought online in advance at Eventbrite. Admission is free for children 10 and under. Tickets are timed entry, but once you enter, you can stay for as long as you’d like.

After exploring the Holiday House, warm up by the fire and sip on a glass of wine from Vanish Brewery. The Old Lucketts Store will also be open. Walk around the three-story store for antique home furnishings and accessories, from dressers to woven chairs. You won’t need a ticket to stroll the Lucketts grounds or store.
