These Are the 10 Most Expensive Homes Sold in Northern Virginia in 2022

While it looks like NoVA’s housing market is set to cool off in the new year, these home sales definitely made a splash in 2022.

The competitive Northern Virginia real estate market teemed with luxurious and enviable homes this year. From classic rolling estates to pristine new builds, here are the top 10 most expensive homes sold in Northern Virginia in 2022.  

$23.5 million: 1584 Rokeby Rd., Upperville

This 550-acre estate is a dream home for those who long to be situated right in the middle of Virginia’s horse and wine country. One of the finest estates in the country, the property includes magnificent gardens, a tennis court, a private 18-hole golf course, stables, and garages for 12 cars. 

$11 million: 1011 Turkey Run Rd., McLean

Built in 2021, this sparkling new residence combines classic architecture with modern and luxurious amenities.
