The sports world is officially back in swing with the NBA and NHL resuming play this week. Washington Wizards vs. Phoenix Suns
Friday, 4 p.m.
The Wizards tip off against the Phoenix Suns as the NBA resumes play at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando. This will be the team’s first of eight seeding games as they try to clinch a spot in the playoffs. // NBC Sports Washington
Washington Mystics at Chicago Sky
Saturday, 6 p.m.
The Washington Mystics players are already off to a fast start to defend their WNBA Champion title with two wins to start the season. Washington Wizards at Brooklyn Nets

Washington Capitals at Tampa Bay Lightning

The Capitals are finally back on the ice and ready to kick off the sprint to the Stanley Cup.
