Upton Hill Regional Park
With nine batting cages, including slow, medium, and fast pitch speeds, this park is a great place for practicing athletes to hit with the team or on their own. 6060 Wilson Blvd., Arlington; $2 for 14 balls
Barcroft Park Batting Cages
Recently renovated, the park is now home to upgraded, larger cages and four hitting bays so you can practice (and perfect) your swing year round. 4200 S. Four Mile Run Dr., Arlington; free
Occoquan Regional Park
Whether you’re new to the sport or an expert, both the baseball and softball cages have pitching machines that offer pitches in line with your skill level. 9751 Ox Rd., Lorton; $2 for 14 balls
Eugene Simpson Stadium Park
With a large cage right next to the baseball diamond, this free park is a great place to practice for your next game. 426 E. Monroe Ave., Alexandria; free
Cameron Run Regional Park
At Cameron Run, you can either bring your own bats and helmets to the cage or borrow equipment from the facility for free. 4001 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria; $2 for 14 balls
Dulles Golf Center & Sports Park
From slow to fast pitches, the numerous batting cages at this park let you practice your swings on any type of pitch, including the curve ball. 21593 Jesse Ct., Sterling; $1-$50
Claude Moore Park
While Claude Moore Park has plenty of recreational activities for you to enjoy, the several, free and well-equipped batting cages are definitely worth a visit. 21544 Old Vestal’s Gap Rd., Sterling; free
Trailside Park
Between the softball and baseball joints here at this Ashburn-based field lies three large batting cages open daily for public use. 20375 Claiborne Pkwy., Ashburn; free
The Ballpark Loudoun
The Ballpark is offering a batting cage experience like no other.
