A 12-year-old girl who arrived at Reagan National Airport with a tour group from China was abducted on Thursday morning. An Amber Alert has been issued, and authorities believe that the abductor is a 40-year-old woman of Asian descent driving a white Infiniti QX70 with New York plates. It does not appear that the girl, JinJing Ma, was forced to leave with the woman.
