National Park Service to announce Manassas Civil War “limb pit” findings; Gov. Ralph Northam removes Va. National Guard resources from border

Two bodies and amputated arms/legs from approximately 11 Civil War soldiers who fought in the Second Battle of Bull Run were found in Manassas. The National Park Service is expected to make an announcement about the discovery today.
