No matter what your child is into, Prince William County Parks and Recreation most likely has it. With more than 400 camp offerings, including full-day camps at seven locations throughout the county, campers can choose from offerings in outdoor adventure camps where kayaking, hiking, fishing, archery and canoeing are part of the day’s schedule. Indoor rec centers also provide weekly field trips, along with activities such as map making, STEAM/STEM projects, survival skills and more. For focused themed camps, choose from nature, cooking, cheerleading, drama, dance, basketball science, drawing, skateboarding and more.

Age Range: 3-17 years old
Camp Dates: June 11-Aug. 17
Sessions: Half day and full day, weekly and full summer session, day camp
Registration: $175-$252 (full day), half-day camp prices vary; pwcparks.org
