Summer is when a child’s imagination should thrive, and through this community theater program, young actors will get the training and stage time to grow their confidence and imagination and build acting skills. Mount Vernon Children’s Community Theatre offers both one- and two-week sessions where campers focus on many genres found on the stage through themed weeks like Myths and Legends, Theatre on the High Seas, Make Theatre Magic and Make ’Em Laugh. All camps are headed by professional performers experienced in working with children and teens.
