Culinaria’s professional chefs take campers on a tour of food through the Culinaria Cooking School Summer Camp in Vienna with young wannabe chefs learning the basics of knife skills, food safety and then meal preparation with themed programs such as It’s All About Breakfast, All Time Classics, Taste of Asia, Baking with Confidence, Delicious Summer Favorites and more. Sessions take place in the morning and afternoon, and menus are subject to change based on ingredient availability and the level of cooking proficiency demonstrated by campers.
