House of Delegates name-drawing delayed; Lorton teen who murdered Reston couple allegedly expressed neo-Nazi views

Democrat Shelly Simonds will file a motion in the Newport News Circuit Court Wednesday in the hopes that judges will not count the questionable ballot that favors Republican David Yancey. With the ballot counted, Simonds and Yancey will remain tied and have their fate determined by drawing a name from a glass bowl.

Janet Kuhn, the mother of the 43-year-old woman who was shot and killed alongside her husband on Friday, has said that the 17-year-old boy who shot Buckley Kuhn-Fricker and Scott Fricker expressed neo-Nazi views. The teen then turned the gun on himself and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.
