Cassini, the NASA spacecraft that has been orbiting Saturn since 2004, ended its long journey by going up in flames in Saturn’s atmosphere Friday morning. Cassini has collected a multitude of information about Saturn, arguably the most prominent being that the molecules around Saturn’s ocean moon Titan could be indicative of/precursors to biological activity.

A fifth-grader at Mary Walter Elementary in Morrisville, Noelle Lily, won a $4,000 college scholarship from Orchard Learning’s “Dare to Dream…Expect to Succeed” program.
