The region surrounding Houston, Texas, has been hit with catastrophic flooding as a result of Hurricane Harvey, with some areas approaching 30 inches of rainfall. Rain is expected to continue through at least Tuesday. Two have died as a result of the storm, and more than 30,000 people are expected to take refuge in shelters.
