Fourth Annual Sole Celebration
The fourth annual In Christy’s Shoes Sole Celebration Fashion Show will be emceed this year by Kelly Collis, co-host of 94.7 FM’s The Tommy Show on April 10 from 4-7 p.m. at the Clarendon Ballroom. Ashley Darby, co-star of Real Housewives of Potomac, will also be walking in the show. The event will feature spring and summer fashions from DSW and Gossip on 23rd, as well as a silent auction. Sponsored by Mack Sumner Communications, the proceeds will benefit Doorways for Women and Families and The Women’s Home. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased here.
Sydney Evan Trunk Show
Sydney Evan, the jewelry line known for fusing spirituality with style, will be hosting a trunk show at Neiman Marcus Tysons Galleria on April 30 from 10 a.m-5 p.m. Customers can stock up on unique pieces for one day only just in time for Mother’s Day.

COATROOM, the new nail and waxing salon coming to Ballston, is scheduled to open this month. Clients can enjoy manicures for as low as $19, mani/pedi combos starting at $45 and even nail art for $4 per nail.
