Close out the final weekend in April by reaching your fitness goals for the month. Whether you want to take it easy with a relaxing yoga class or enjoy a run around town, these are the weekend workouts you should join.

2021 Arlington Arts Center-Run for the Arts

Yoga on Tap

Saturday, 10 a.m.-noon
Start off your weekend by ridding yourself of the bad energy of the week. This 75-minute, all-levels class will teach yogis how to alleviate physical tension and stress through breathing techniques and flexibility. After class, pick up a refreshing pint as a much-needed reward. // Ornery Beer Company: 8088 Flannery Ct., Ste. 209, Manassas; $15

Baby Goat Yoga

Saturday, noon-2 p.m. & 2-4 p.m.
With all of this beautiful weather this month, it’s the perfect time to get cuddly with the new baby goats. Start the class off with fresh-air yoga, then make your way to the goats for an hour’s worth of cuddles. Make a whole day of the class and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the lawn. // Charming Hill Farm: 10623 Gravel Rd., Brandy Station; $40

Alexandria Public Art Walk

Sunday, 10 a.m-12:30 p.m.
Take in the statues, sculptures, and murals of Alexandria with a leisurely Sunday stroll. The 2.7-mile trek will cover the public art paintings and structures of Old Town and Old Town North, answering all of your questions along the way. // Market Square: 300 King St., Alexandria; free

Yoga Hike

This is the perfect combination for a weekend of relaxation. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as you hike, stretch, and breathe in the soothing surroundings. // Various locations, free
