5 events to enjoy a workout and drink this weekend

Reward yourself after your weekend workout with a refreshing drink at one of these classes.

By Michele Kettner November 10, 2020 at 2:20 pm

After a hard-earned workout, there is no better way to reward yourself than with an ice cold drink. This weekend, attend one of these five classes and enjoy a complimentary adult beverage after your workout.

Vinyasa & Vino

Friday, 6 p.m.
Enjoy the start of the weekend at Vint Hill Yoga. Start off the evening with a relaxing Vinyasa flow yoga to get rid of that stress from the week, then get the weekend party started with a drink at the post-yoga social hour. Pre-registration is required. // Vint Hill Yoga: 7154 Farm Station Road, Warrenton; $20

Yoga to Embody Gratitude Workshop

Saturday, 10 a.m.
Reconnect your mind and body at this yoga workshop. The 90-minute hatha yoga class will help participants increase flexibility, stability and strength. After class, have your choice of the resort’s signature autumn cocktail or mocktail. // Salamander Resort & Spa: 500 N. Pendleton St., Middleburg; $40

Yoga & Beer at Solace Outpost

Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-noon
Pack your mat and head to the patio for a refreshing morning yoga class. Clear your mind and stretch out your stress during the hour-long, all-level class. Then make your way indoors for a craft-brewed beer at Solace. Participants are asked to bring their own mat and props. // Solace Outpost: 444 W. Broad St., Falls Church; $25

Yoga in the Vines

Sunday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
There is nothing like yoga in the vineyard. Take in the beautiful view of the vines at Three Fox Vineyards as you complete your vinyasas. A wine tasting of the vineyard’s best wines will take place in the last half of class. // Three Fox Vineyards: 10100 Three Fox Lane, Delaplane; $30

Outdoor November Zumba

Sunday, noon-1 p.m.
Put on your dancing shoes for an afternoon of Zumba and drinks. The outdoor class will combine dance and fitness moves in a socially distanced setting. After a sweaty workout, reward yourself with a beer from Solace Brewing. // Solace Brewing Company: 42615 Trade W. Drive, Suite 100, Sterling; $15
