It’s finally the weekend, which means you have the time to work up a sweat, care for your mental health and take some deep breaths. Here, find 10 healthy events taking place across the region.

Boot Camp with New Trail at Athleta
Friday, March 6, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
New Trail Cycling Studio will be heading to Athleta to provide a workout for attendees. Bring a water bottle and a mat to sweat it out before you sip on refreshments and snack on treats afterward. Trauma and Eating Disorders: How to Navigate the Nuances of Food
Friday, March 6, 8:30-11 a.m.
