Whether you decide to brave the elements and break a sweat outside or stay indoors and study up on improving your health, put your health first this weekend at one of these NoVA events.

Family Yoga
Friday, Feb. 21, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Get in your daily exercise with the family this morning. Enjoy a quick 15-minute yoga session to get you and your family stretched out and relaxed for the day’s activities. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or towel. // Montclair Community Library: 5049 Waterway Drive, Dumfries; free

Lamaze Class
Friday, Feb. 21 & Saturday, Feb. 22, times vary
Calling all expecting moms: Get prepared for the coming birth of your child with this two-day lamaze class. Alexandria Rocks! A Walking Tour

2020 Winter City Views 5K & 10K

Bundle up for the annual Winter City Views race. Racers will be able to enjoy views of the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument as they race beside the George Washington Memorial Parkway.
