Northern Virginians have a new option for burning calories—Australian fitness concept F45 Training is making its way to Ashburn’s Goose Creek Village shopping center.

Set to open in late March or early April (exact date to be announced), the 3,205-square-foot fitness studio will offer programs featuring 1,200-plus exercises, with workout routines changing daily. Members can expect LCD TVs displaying the exercise moves throughout the space, heart rate technology for performance tracking, live DJ mixes for music and professionals coaching the workouts.

The training program combines high-intensity interval training with circuit training and functional training in 45-minute classes.

Leading up to its opening, F45 Ashburn is offering free training sessions, including on March 9, at 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

The brand plans to open a location in Tysons later this year, as well as one in Reston in 2020.
