While most people dream of weekend bar crawls, fitness lovers can look forward to a different type of crawl on March 9. Del Ray is hosting its second annual Well Ray Fit Crawl throughout the Alexandria neighborhood with four locally owned studios.
Participants will take 30-minute classes at three of the four fitness brands, including Ascend Cycle + Underground, Mind the Mat Pilates & Yoga, Studio Body Logic and Ease Yoga & Café.
The class lineup comprises of high-intensity workouts and yoga. All participants will receive a swag bag, one drink ticket and chicken wings following the crawl at the after party at Pork Barrel BBQ.
The fitness crawl will take place along Mount Vernon Avenue from 1-4 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
