Black Friday and Small Business Saturday in Old Town Alexandria

On Black Friday, nearly 50 Old Town shops and businesses will offer special discounts on fashion, food, home decor, children’s toys and pet products, some starting as early as 6 a.m. The city will provide free parking at metered spaces, and there will be a tree lighting ceremony at Market Square with carolers and a visit from Santa. For those who can’t make (or don’t want to make) Black Friday, Old Town will also host Small Business Saturday on Nov. 26. Participating stores will offer exclusive discounts and deals, and music performances will take place up and down King Street while the Elf Patrol gives away prizes to shoppers.
