Our May 2026 issue will feature a list of the Top Producing Real Estate Agents in Northern Virginia. To compile this list, we need your help! Brokers can complete the Top Producing Real Estate Agents form to let us know which of your agents earned a place on the list this year.

CATEGORIES / REQUIREMENTS

Individual agents: 2025 sales volume of $12 million or more

Teams of two agents: 2025 sales volume of $20 million or more

Teams of three to five agents: 2025 sales volume of $30 million or more

Teams of six or more agents: 2025 sales volume of $60 million or more

• The form can be completed by brokers, office managers and business owners, but not by individual agents.
• Agents are eligible to be winners as part of a team and as individuals if they meet the required sales threshold.
• Sales volume must only include properties sold in Virginia.
• All nominated agents must be licensed and in good standing.
