The DMV is home to startups of all business types, with over 10,000 entrepreneur residents. For the past three years, DC Startup Week has served as a forum for companies at various stages in their professional development to network, collaborate and share intel with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
This year, due to the impact of COVID-19, DC Startup Week will be held virtually, scheduled to run from Monday, Sept. 14 through Friday, Sept. 18. All sessions will be free of charge and are open to businesses of all sizes, forms and industries. Registration for the event is now open and can be found here.
The virtual seminars will cover topics like branding and marketing, technology, growth strategies, fundraising, social impact of brands and more, with successful business owners leading the conversations.
“With five full days of thought leaders, subject-matter experts, industry partners and event sponsors available on a set schedule, DC Startup Week 2020 will allow our attendees to interact directly and personally with those individuals who can help them today,” said DC Startup Week Event Organizer Rachel Koretsky in a recent press release. “While we are all anxious and can’t wait to return to our traditional, real-live programming, DC Startup week, delivered virtually, will provide some truly unique opportunities.”
