Science Enrichment
Jan. 4, 10 a.m., 11 a.m. & noon

Art + History: The Raft of the Medusa by Théodore Géricault
Jan. 7, noon-1:15 p.m.
Travel back to the 19th century for a lesson on Théodore Géricault. The Zoom class will discuss the real-life story behind the painting, the historical aspects of the time and what shaped his timeless creation. Those enrolled in the World Art History Certificate Program will receive ½ elective credit. // $20-$25
Digital Camera Basics
Jan. 12, 20 & 27, 7-9 p.m.
Whether you got a new camera during the holidays or want to learn how to better use the settings on your camera, this is the class for you. This virtual class has a maximum of six students to let all participants get personalized training on their camera. // $179
Winter Lecture Series
Jan. 17, 24, 31 & Feb. 21, 1:30 p.m.
Get ready for garden season this spring with the Winter Lecture Series from Green Spring Gardens. Each lecture will focus on a different topic, that includes moon gates, succulents and deer-resistant gardens. // $10 per class
Spotlight on History Virtual Talks
Wednesdays, noon-1 p.m.
Spend your Wednesdays learning about the local history of NoVA. Head to the City of Manassas parks and recreation Facebook page for a new lesson each week. // free
Hamilton the Musical Tour
Fridays through Sundays, 10 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.
You’ve seen the musical, now it’s time to take the tour. Spend a weekend at Mount Vernon to find the vines and fig trees, learn about Lafayette and have your other questions answered.
