With Halloween coming up in a few days, many parents are still trying to figure out how to celebrate with their little ones. If your usually trick-or-treating spot has cancelled its traditional celebration, there are still plenty of places to get your candy fix. Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat
Tuesday, 6:30-8 p.m.
With drive-ins making a comeback this year, it is the perfect time for Halloween celebrations to get on board. This festive drive-thru will have participants driving through the parking lot full of decorated cars to pick up their candy at each stop. Pack the family in the car for a different kind of trick-or-treating. This drive-thru version allows you to take in the fun decorations and costumes of those participating from the safety of your car. Take your trick-or-treating to the animal shelter. Loudoun County Animal Services is setting up a socially distant trail full of tricks, treats and animals. Kiddie Drive-Thru Trick or Treat

Workhouse Arts Center is turning its Nightmare Alley into family-friendly trick-or-treat drive-thru for two days. Pack the family in the car and drive through 10 different Halloween scenes as you collect your sweets. Costumed Family Cruise
Saturday, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. & 12:45-2 p.m.
Get out on the water and enjoy an early Halloween celebration with a cruise. This 75-minute trip allows you to join a scavenger hunt as you search for your treats around the ship.
