10 NoVA pools to dive into during Labor Day weekend

Yes, it’s hot outside. Luckily for you, these local pools—filled with amenities guests of all ages will like—are available for rent during Labor Day weekend.

Labor Day weekend is fast approaching, yet the majority of local residents are skipping out on beach getaways, spa retreats and other extravagant vacations this year due to the ongoing threat of the coronavirus pandemic. But don’t panic: There’s a way for you to get your outdoor, vacation-like fix right here in Northern Virginia, thanks to almost-two-year-old company Swimply.

The company, said to be the Airbnb of pools, was recently spotlighted by CNBC due to the fact that it’s seen a 2,000% growth this summer as day camps canceled programming, public pools shuttered and people remain wary of traveling to public beaches right now.

So, if you’ve been itching for an escape from the walls of your home, the long weekend in September may be the perfect opportunity. Below, find 10 available sites throughout Northern Virginia that feature adjacent basketball courts, space for 30 people, outdoor fire pits and and so much more, all available for rent this Labor Day weekend. But hurry! While these rentals are available throughout the summer season, they tend to fill up reservations fast.
