As part of Northern Virginia Magazine’s annual Best Salons feature, we’re looking for a few lucky men and women to pamper.
To enter, tell us — in 200 words or less — why you want to win a makeover. Whether you’re the victim of a botched coloring job or haircut, your mullet has grown hopelessly shaggy, or you just need a new look to impress while on Zoom meetings, we want to hear from you!

Winners will be selected by the editors of Northern Virginia Magazine. Winners will receive a gratis hair-and-makeup session on a to-be-determined weekday this fall at a local salon, and be featured in a “Before & After” editorial feature in an upcoming issue of Northern Virginia Magazine. The caveat: You have to agree to let the stylists work their magic!⠀
