Tell your therapist your concerns and ask them how they recommend addressing the issue (pain, skin care, etc.) –Jenny Stafford, director at Spa Minérale at Lansdowne Resort
To get the most out of your massage, communicate well with your therapist. We don’t read minds. We don’t know you, what you like, how much pressure you can stand. Our definition of mid to deep is different with yours. You need to be actively communicating with your therapist during your treatment. And be hydrated. Dehydration is the number one reason people are sore after a massage. –Jennifer Ferdinand of Serendipity Wellness Studio
No shaving same day. We don’t care about a little leg fuzz, we care about the health of your skin. –Stafford
