The highlight of the town’s celebrations is the Annual Mebane Christmas Parade on Friday, December 5, the area’s only nighttime parade. With over 100 entries, glowing floats, and Santa’s grand arrival, it’s a magical experience for all ages.

In Burlington, the holidays sparkle with events like the 78th Annual Christmas Parade, Holiday Magic in Downtown, and Christmas in the Park at Burlington City Park. Families can enjoy carousel rides, festive photo ops, and live performances that bring the season to life.

Graham transforms into a winter wonderland with its quintessential holiday décor and provides nostalgia as Alamance Arts begins celebrating the season with the Winter Wonderland exhibition, featuring local and regional artisan works.  An opportunity to find that one of a kind gift this season.  For a truly magical experience, lace up your skates and glide across the Downtown Ice Skating Rink, complete with theme nights and campfire s’mores.

Elon shines bright during its Festival of Holiday Lights, where hundreds of luminaries line the walkways of downtown. Enjoy hot chocolate, carol singing, and the warmth of community spirit in this charming college town.

In Saxapahaw, the holidays are celebrated with a creative twist. The Saxapahaw Holiday Market at the Haw River Ballroom features local artisans, live music, and festive food. It’s the ideal spot to find one-of-a-kind gifts while soaking in the artistic energy of this riverside village.
