Meet Dr. Dulac

Dr. Dulac graduated from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Dedicated to ensuring that his patients receive the best care possible, he went on to earn his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from the James A. Lovell Federal Healthcare Clinic.

Dr. Dulac is a proud U.S. Navy veteran. Over his five years of service to our country, he was stationed in Chicago; Okinawa, Japan; and San Diego. He deployed as a dentist on two different ships, deployed with the Marines, and provided dental care to the Navy Seals on Coronado Island. While stationed in Japan, Dr. Dulac led humanitarian dentistry missions in Thailand and the Philippines — providing dental care to the local populace with limited access to dental services alongside dentists from the Army and Air Force.

In true Navy fashion, Dr. Dulac believes in giving back to his community. His office participates in multiple charities throughout the community, and his patients participate as well!

Professional Associations

Dr. Dulac belongs to several professional associations. These associations keep him abreast of the latest technologies, treatments, and procedures, which in turn greatly benefit his patients’ overall satisfaction and outcomes.

Dr. Dulac will be awarded his Masters of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2025. Mastership represents the highest level of achievement for members in accordance with AGD’s mission to advance general dentistry and oral health through quality continuing education.

Dr. Dulac is a devoted family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, sailing, skiing, cycling, hiking, and watching Michigan football.
