The Starr Hill Biergarten, located on top of Capital One Hall at The Perch, is now open. The Biergarten features over 10,000 square feet of outdoor dining and lounge space including the adjacent amphitheater and lawn. The Perch, a 2.5-acre sky park, will also feature food trucks, a games plaza, a sculpture garden, and a dog park for Starr Hill’s guests to enjoy. The amphitheater will be a scenic and relaxing spot to catch a live band or a major sporting event on the 24-foot video screen. There is mixed-use seating and lawn space to accommodate any group or family and is perfect for hosting social events and corporate outings.
Starr Hill offers a Biergarten-themed menu, including crowd favorites such as the beer-braised bratwurst or a giant German-style pretzel with beer cheese and mustard. The Biergarten offers a full bar highlighted by a wide array of delicious Starr Hill beers. The bartenders have developed exciting craft beer cocktails paired with regular favorites, such as the “Red Light” tequila-based cocktail topped with Roxanne Raspberry American Sour. The menu and draft list will rotate seasonally and offer a variety of options, including a kid’s menu.
The Biergarten will be open seven days a week, opening at 11 a.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends. From Sunday to Wednesday, service will remain open until 10 p.m. with hours extending to midnight from Thursday to Saturday.
