Asian Fusion

A naturally occurring fusion, Indo-Chinese cuisine was developed from a Chinese community settled in India. The lo mein is just as greasy and wonderful, but a bit spicier and with thinner noodles than the version typically seen at American-Chinese restaurants.

The chilly garlic noodles tasted mostly of the sweet ketchup-based sauce, but the Singapore rice noodles feel like the truest compilation with tons of curry powder in a light-brown gravy.
