Calls for Gov. Northam to step down; Major power outage in Ballston

Gov. Northam is meeting with senior staff members today to consider his options, including resignation, over his recent controversy. Over the weekend, a racist photo in his medical school yearbook was released, and many on both sides of the aisle are calling for the governor to step down. (The Washington Post)

Office buildings, apartments, condos and traffic signals across Ballston are dark this morning, due to a power outage. Dominion reports a total of 2,640 customers are out of power in the area today. (ARLnow.com)
