An Elkton, Maryland man shot five of his granite company co-workers yesterday, then proceeded to drive to Wilmington, Delaware to shoot a man with whom he had a history of “beefs” with. Three people, one of them from Virginia, were killed. The shooter, Radee Prince, was arrested in Delaware Wednesday afternoon.

According to a 2018 draft budget by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board, Dulles Toll Road fees are expected to jump from their current $3.50 price to $4.75 by 2019, then to $6 in 2023. After this point, a $1.25 increase every five years for the next two decades should make for an $11.25 toll in 2043.

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors held a Housing Summit on Monday to discuss an apparent lack of affordable private and workforce housing. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development considers households that earn less than 80 percent of the area’s median income a “low-income household,” and in Loudoun, 20 percent of the population (48 percent of the county’s workforce) do not earn 40 percent of the area’s median income.
