Record 43 million people will travel Fourth of July weekend; State Police to increase patrols

A record 43 million people will travel this Fourth of July weekend, according to AAA.

Virginia State Police will increase patrols in hopes of reducing accidents this Fourth of July weekend. Last year, police arrested 96 drunken drivers and another 828 not wearing seatbelts.
