According to Homes.com, these are the most expensive homes sold in the region last month.

$4 million: 22488 Madison Hill Pl., Leesburg
Located in Creighton Farms, a gated golf community located not far from Brambleton, is this custom French-style estate. Built in 2014, the 7,656-square-foot home includes a gourmet kitchen, bourbon tasting room, craft room, and a full bar. If you find there is not enough to do inside, head to the backyard to take a dip in the in-ground pool or enjoy the outdoor entertaining space with friends.
